Bed and Breakfast RATES

Rates are based on double occupancy: 

Deposit: 1/2 the cost of your stay is required to hold your reservation, the remainder is due upon arrival.  Reservations are not confirmed until we receive the deposit. 

Payment Options are: Visa/MC,Travelers checks, money orders, and personal checks are accepted.

Cancellations: We will gladly refund your deposit, minus $50.00 service charge as long as we receive your notice of cancellation at least 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Deposits are not refunded for cancellations received 14 or fewer days prior to the arrival date. No refunds after check in.

Rates do not include 11.42 tax plus $55 cleaning Fee.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. , check out time is 11:00 a.m.
